Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Roave Trips, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes.
Platform Use
Roave Trips provides a marketplace connecting travel creators with travelers. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Creator Responsibilities
Creators warrant that their itineraries are accurate, original, and based on genuine personal experience. Misrepresentation of itinerary content may result in account suspension and clawback of earnings.
Bookings & Payments
Roave is the seller of record for trips booked through the platform; bookings are confirmed by the Roave concierge team. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Creator royalties are a share of Roave's margin on each booking and become payable after the traveler's trip is completed.
Gift Registry
Roave charges no platform fee on honeymoon gift registry contributions — 100% of each gift counts toward the couple's fund (standard payment-processor fees may apply). Registry funds are redeemed toward a trip arranged by Roave's concierge; contributions are not withdrawable as cash and are non-refundable once the registry is redeemed.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be cancelled before trip completion; where a refund is due it is issued to the original payment method, and any creator royalty associated with the cancelled booking is reversed. Specific cancellation windows and supplier fees are stated at the time of booking.
Limitation of Liability
Creator itineraries reflect personal experience and are provided for inspiration; the confirmed inclusions of any booking are those stated by the Roave concierge at booking time. Roave is not liable for loss or injury incurred during travel beyond what applicable law requires. Travelers are advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
